Served Govt. in power sector at senior level for 37 years and recently retired in June 2015 as Chairman – Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Now Director of Sigma institute of Energy and Environment Pvt. Ltd.
Crd. Neeraj Sigla is BE ( Electical ) Thapar College of Engg., Patiala (Punjab), M Tech (Optical Commn), IIT Delhi and PG Dip International Trade, WTI, Mumbai. After premature retirement from Indian Navy, worked for the last more than 10 years as Technology & management consultant to various IT companies, automotive manufacturing companies, boarding school and infrastructure companies.
Now starts Solar Training in association with Sigma institute of Energy and Environment Pvt. Ltd. as one of the promoter.
Major Biju Balakrishnan is a retired Army Officer, Founder & CEO Def Mart Private Limited, a pioneer in the field of solar energy. He is B.Tech (Civil) and is an alumni of IIM Kolkata. He is the creator of brands like “Urja Kendra” and “Solenco”. His company is into Solar EPC, training, consultancy and specializes in roof top solar installation across the country and is MNRE channel partner. He is a trainer / faculty for MSME, NIESBUD run Entrepreneurship Development Programme in Solar Energy for the last two years and is faculty member for our intuition. He has trained around 500 people in Solar Entrepreneurship from various parts of the country and has trained and created more than 500 rural entrepreneurs in the field of solar energy .He is also providing practical training to our students at their works on solar power projects and thus he is one of the potential employer of the candidates trained in their projects on behalf of Sigma institute of Energy and Environment Pvt. Ltd.
